Rental Terms
Rental Periods
·The minimum rental period charge is one day 24 hours. All rentals are due back by 12:00 noon Monday thru Saturday.
Rental Rates
·Weekday rentals. May receive a 15% discount on weekday rentals that do not include a Friday or Saturday.
·3 to 6 day rentals 25% discount
·No discounts on weekend rentals
Security Deposit
·Required for all rentals. Security deposit is to insure that the equipment will be returned to DJ S&L and in good condition.
· Security deposit is authorization only and must be in the name of the person renting the equipment. The authorization freezes the amount entered on the customer's credit card and gives us the authority to charge the customer for items not returned or damaged.
·Customers renting equipment are fully responsible and liable for its value. See back of rental agreement for terms and conditions.
·Security deposit is to be put on at the time equipment is being picked up. Refer to security deposit amount sheet for correct security amount applied to each rental.
·Cash equivalents are acceptable for security deposits. Checks are not accepted for a security deposit.
Reservation Deposit
·Required to hold equipment in good faith, that the customer is coming in to pick it up. It also insures that the equipment will be held specifically for that customer. We will not get any equipment ready with out a reservation deposit.
·The reservation deposit is 50% or half the cost of the rental.
Payment
·Payment is to be made in full at the time equipment is picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cash or credit card payment acceptable.
·CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTIED for payment of balance due.
Drivers License
·A valid drivers license with photo is required.
Delivery & Pick-Up
·Delivery and pick-up is available on all items. Delivery Charges are based by region and are based upon a 48 hour notice. Notice less than 48 hours charged at a higher rate.
Deliveries requiring more than one person will be subject to additional charges
Technicians
Techicians are available from DJ Sound & Lighting Inc., to assist in the set-up and operation of all equipment rented from DJ Sound & Lighting Inc.
